Returns, Cancellations, and Other Concerns

Please contact us or submit your request before sending anything back. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Returns

Unused, unopened merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.

Items must be returned unopened, unused, sealed, and in resaleable condition.

Opened, unsealed, tested, sampled, smelled, or used products are not eligible for return. This includes removed safety seals, broken shrink bands, opened packaging, activated pumps, or any amount of product use.

Any opening, testing, smelling, sampling, or use renders an item ineligible for return due to health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

This policy applies to soaps, shaving products, fragrances, deodorants, body care products, samples, and all other personal care items.

We strongly encourage purchasing samples before purchasing a full-size fragrance you have not tried. Fragrance preference is personal and subjective. Descriptions cannot fully represent how a scent will smell to you.

Samples are available for every scent and are listed under the Samples menu on our homepage.

Please open and inspect your items promptly upon delivery. Return or refund requests under our 30-day return policy must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. We are not responsible for products after 30 days due to unknown storage conditions.

Refunds

Approved returns are refunded after the returned items are received and inspected.

If a returned item is opened, unsealed, used, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise not in resaleable condition, the return may be refused or the refund may be reduced to reflect the loss in value.

Shipping costs are not refundable except where required by law.

European Union Withdrawal Rights

For orders shipped to member states of the European Union, eligible withdrawal requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an unopened, sealed item is returned under the EU right of withdrawal, Phoenix Shaving will refund the purchase price and the original standard outbound shipping charge. Express shipping upgrades are not refundable.

Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, smelled, sampled, or used are not eligible for return where the right of withdrawal does not apply due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

Phoenix Shaving does not collect import duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, carrier fees, or taxes imposed by foreign governments. Such amounts are not refundable by Phoenix Shaving.

Free Shipping Orders and Returns

If an order qualified for free shipping and a return causes the adjusted order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund, except where prohibited by law.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders move quickly through processing and fulfillment. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. After shipment, any eligible request must be handled as a return.

If you receive a defective item, damaged item, or believe something arrived in error, please contact us before returning anything.
