Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
We do not provide prepaid return labels for customer-choice returns, fragrance preference returns, or EU withdrawal returns.
European Union Customers
Customers in the European Union may exercise their right of withdrawal by using any of the methods above.
For eligible EU withdrawal returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Products that have been opened, unsealed, tested, smelled, sampled, or used are not eligible for return where the right of withdrawal does not apply due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
